Thank you for your support of the Kansas City Regional Home Care Association Annual Meeting Luncheon. A non-profit trade association, Kansas City Regional Home Care Association is comprised of more than 35 home care agencies. Our member agencies include Home Health, Hospice, Home Care (formerly Private Duty), Infusion, and Home Medical Equipment companies. Together, we work diligently to improve and ensure the provision of quality home care services as well as educate the public on home care issues.

The Annual Luncheon is one of the ways that we recognize the dedication, diligence, and compassion of home care providers in the community. The generosity of Premier Level sponsors for 2024 greatly contributes to the success of this recognition event.

Annual Luncheon Sponsorship Information

Platinum – $500

  • Premium mention on video playing throughout luncheon
  • Space to set up a display booth (8-foot table provided)
  • Option to distribute marketing materials at each place setting
  • Five (5) lunch passes
  • Recognition on the Annual Luncheon program as a Platinum level donor
  • Recognition and introduction as a Platinum level donor

Please arrive no later than 10:30am for booth setup

Gold – $400

  • Space to set up a display booth (8-foot table provided)
  • Option to distribute marketing materials at each place setting
  • Four (4) lunch passes
  • Recognition on the Annual Luncheon program as a Gold level donor
  • Recognition and introduction as a Gold level donor

Please arrive no later than 10:30am for booth setup

Silver – $300

  • Option to distribute marketing materials
  • Three (3) lunch passes
  • Recognition on the Annual Luncheon program as a Silver level donor
  • Recognition and introduction as a Silver level donor

Bronze – $200

  • Two (2) lunch passes
  • Recognition on the Annual Luncheon program as a Bronze level donor
  • Recognition and introduction as a Bronze level donor
